Lissa Noble (born New Haven, Connecticut, ✦June 29, 1969) is an American fetish model and producer of one of the largest foot fetish websites in the world.
Lissa Noble is of German and Russian descent. At the age of three, she started dance, theater, and movement and kept right on through. She attended a very liberal performing arts high school and then a theater conservatory in Miami, Florida.
