Asylum play is a form of BDSM play where the victim is supposed to be a patient in a mental hospital. Typically, the victim will wear a straitjacket and/or be confined to a padded cell. The victim may be subjected to intimate examination or other humiliation. Other forms of bondage such as medical restraints are often used.
