...my first and only encounter with a pro dom .... generally a despicable lot, unless you encounter one with a sense of humor - which is extremely rare....and those, unfortunately, are often bi-polar prima donnas - with a bad temper - to match their sense of humor... ...another of G_d's little jokes...
Note that I had previously engaged in this now-popular - and nearly mainstream play, many times previously, very happily, with amateurs. I was interested in seeing just how skilled were pro doms, and whether their skills justified their ridiculous compensation. (It demphatically does NOT...)
Pro doms are typically greedy, illiterate, unimaginative, prone to exploit newbies, unskilled, surprisingly ignorant of crucial male and female anatomy, and uncommunicative - they think that writing a sentence or two is a precious gift to subs....
They draw from the lower/illiterate classes invariably... - almost always.....I speak of 99.9% of 'em...don't expect any awareness of high art in any genre! They _are_ pure selfish hedonists....the most developed sense of hedonism I have seen in human beings...
It takes sheer luck to encounter that one in a million - who has time for the pre-play "detective "work ?- (much less cares about "after-care" and repeat business (- there is NO shortage of uninformed males who fail to do due diligence and are led by curiosity and hormones only... ) -and unluckily, I did not, for my first bit of play....but it was my first with a so-called "pro"....
....I have no trouble encountering doms 180 degrees from those who style themselves "pros" - but only in amateur settings..... one really should confine themselves to such settings to learn about the scene....
I would never again PAY to hear a Dom pretend that they have any skills worth paying for...they are too often prone to disassemble and exaggerate for one thing... and remember "pro"....they will say and do anything for a coin of the realm.....It's a BUSINESS to them... they do tend to have tolerable acting skills - SOMETIMES - pretending for the sake of the sub that they are actually enjoying the sub's scenario...
And, for goodness' sake....let the buyer beware of the "classes" they offer - in ANY venue...
At amateur gatherings, there is more information exchanged, they are usually full of delightful people ....

I should add that the public pronouncements of my opinions of the superiority of amateurs to pro doms, as well as the huge variation in skills of the pros, as well as their arrogance and, invariably their lack of respect for the sub, is nauseating, although I must admit I had a lot of disagreement with the latter point, on perhaps the best-known kink site....a significant percentage of the doms do not experience pleasure, are not really sadistic, although they _say_ they do and are.... sorry to veer so far away from the erotic art genre...
