Kay O'Hara is a Canadian pinup glamour model currently residing just outside of Toronto, ON. Kay was named among the Top 10 Modern Pinups in an article published by AskMen.com defining the 10 most influential pinups in the genre. Kay began her online tribute to classic and modern pin-up in 1999 with her site klassnsass.com, whose name changed to pinupglamour.com in early 2001. The member's area of http://www.pinupglamour.com officially closed in July 2012.

A pin-up girl, Kay's image has been painted in over 250 pinup artworks and is the muse for several internationally acclaimed pinup and contemporary artists, including Jack Henslee, Kim Harlow, Barbara Jensen, Lorenzo DiMauro, Monte Moore, Susan Heidi, and Jessica Dougherty. Kay has also been rendered in art by Jon Hul and was included in his "Jon Hul Sexy Art Book". Kay's classic pinup images may be seen in print and calendars - Kay was chosen as the sole Canadian pinup representative for the German-based Pinup Animal Rescue 2009 Project. Kay's image was featured as the Miss April, Miss May, Miss September, and Miss October Pinup in the sold-out marketing campaign for Eidos Battlestations: Midway PC and X-Box game. See Kay as the "Teacher" card in the popular Wench board game, drawn by artist Monte Micheal Moore (artist for Lucasfilm, Marvel Comics and DC Comics). Kay was selected as the first "Bachelor Pad Beauty" Centerfold featured in the premiere edition of Bachelor Pad Magazine, the digest of Atomic Age Culture and was chosen as one of 11 internationally known pin-up models in the printed Pinup Trading Cards series.

Kay appeared throughout North America in support of the pinup and retro/atomic age community. She has been a featured guest (and singer) at The New York Burlesque Festival; Co-hosted the first Mondo Lounge Atomic Frolic in support of the Atomic Age Alliance; was guest co-host for two years for the Cocktails and Cheesecake Viva Las Vegas kick-off reception, and twice co-hosted the Memorial Day Party "Stars & Stripes" at the PlayBoy Mansion in LA in support of active troops and veterans.

In the spirit of WWII pinup and nose art, Kay's "Operation: Pinup" website paid tribute to and supported military personnel via her dedications and over-seas shipments. After 10 years of service, "Operation: Pinup" closed in July 2012. Kay has been awarded the Joint Forces Special Command Pinup of the Year award, and was voted by her peers as Centerfold in the hard cover book "Pinups for Troops" an independent project by the creators of Pinups for Troops for shipment overseas to troops on active duty.

Kay is a published author in the genre of romantic fiction, her latest work being, "Spanish Coffee" - a romance novel, and has been awarded the status of "Poet Fellow for 2007" for her poetic writings. Kay was on-staff with "Car Kulture Deluxe Magazine" for a year, writing her column 'Kay's Korner", and then wrote her column for "Viscous Betty's Magazine" for another year.

Secrets In Lace, one of the leading manufacturers of lingerie and stockings in the U.S., was Kay's Official Sponsor for 10 years, providing all lingerie, stockings, and 3 piece sets as seen in Kay's photo galleries. Corset Creations was also Kay's Official Sponsor for 5 years, providing all custom corsetry.

Since closing the members area of pinupglamour.com in July 2012, Kay has been working behind the camera as photographer, offering customers her brand of pinup and glamour photography, and catching up on her studies of ancient civilizations. There is even another romance novel in the works.
