"High Heels" magazine was published by Eros Goldstripe which was owned by Lenny Burtman.

Selbee Associates, New York, New York, 1960s

After Leonard Burtman discontinued publication of his now-legendary "Exotique" (magazine) in 1959, he introduced "Satana", "Leg Show", "Bizarre Life", "Corporal", "Three", "Stocking Parade", and others, including "High Heels". His 60’s publications had more and larger pages and better photography.

The major shortcoming of Mr. Burtman's High Heels magazines was that they did not contain many pictures of models in high heels. They also contained a lot of articles about thieves, yachting, bullfights, museums, and other subjects unrelated to the magazine's title subject.
