Latex Crane Kimono

Dawnamatrix Designs by Dawnamatrix (Dawn Mostow), offers beautiful long and short latex kimonos with Japanese inspired motives in delicate applications. Dawn was formally trained in the art of kimono wearing while living in Japan for three years in rural Takayama City. 3xL actually met Dawn in Tokyo in 2004, when they were both guests at the Rubber Restaurant.

Dawnamatrix held the title of Miss Rubber World in 2010. Dawn wanted to fuse the beauty and elegance of kimonos with the sensuality and graphic quality of latex. Her kimono patterns reflect authentic kimonos, featuring variable sizing and open sleeve backs for comfort and ease of movement.

Any of Dawn’s kimonos may be worn with traditional Japanese kimono garments such as naga-juban (under kimono) or authentic obi and accessories. For a more modern look, these latex kimono may also be paired with her latex obi, corset or waist cincher.

Dawnamatrix Designs is not only kimonos, but more of a “Cirque Du Soliel" of latex fashion, combining influences of performance and high art. You will find fantastic animals with inflatable tails, historical figures, and regal divas in the Dawnamatrix collection. Intricate appliqué is a prominent feature of Dawnamatrix Designs garments and each one is a unique work of art.
