Bettye Avery (born ✦August 9, 1921 in Sulphur, Oklahoma August 10, 2017 in Los Angeles, California, USA).

Avery won the title of Miss Oklahoma 1939.

She was an actress who was best known for her role as 'Mildred Swith' in "They Got Me Covered" (1943) with Bob Hope and Dorothy Lamour.
