BDSM and disability

There are some specific issues regarding BDSM and fetish when a person has impaired disabilities.

Some people regard a seriously disabled and therefore helpless person as sexually desirable. It is possible to have a scene where a person is handicapped by for example having a plaster cast as if their arm or leg was broken.
