Weight Training in a BDSM context falls into several categories:
- adding weights to existing body piercings in an attempt to emphasize body modification
- adding weights to nipple clamps to teach a submissive endure pain
- adding weight to a "parachute" for cock and ball torture.
- "forced calisthenics" to keep a submissives body weight in good form
Several companies manufacture steel split rings that can encircle the "ball sack".
Lead weights can be purchased from almost any store [Note 1] that sells fishing equipment. These can range in weight from several ounces to many pounds. These weights usually have a brass ring that can be used to attach these weights to clothes pins, nipple clamps or parachutes.
Notes
- ↑ most hardware stores in the US sell fishing supplies
