Maîtresse Françoise (pen name is Annick Foucault) is a publicly-known professional dominant in Paris, France.
She is famous in France for having written in 1994 a book Françoise Maîtresse, under her real name, describing her professional experience. This has led to her being a frequent guest of talk shows and interviews on the topic of BDSM on French television.
The ideas of her book are influenced by Gilles Deleuze.
