Frank says he has had "power exchange" fantasies since he was 12. He came to the SF Bay Area about 1976, was involved in Backdrop at that time (Membership #01304).

Frank holds an EE degree from "one of those colleges in the Midwest".

He says that he is closer to the BDSM community than his own family.
