Hands-over-head

Hands-over-head position is similar to suspension bondage except the person feet still touch the floor.

In the photo to the right, the hoist can be positioned so she can stand flat-footed, en pointe or suspended depending upon the desires and/or limitations of people involved.

The persons weight is supported by their lower torso hence no stress is placed on hands, elbows or shoulders.
