La fessée (translated: The spanking) is a 2016 French short film by Yves Pinol. Its length is about 3 minutes. Not to be confused with La Fessée (1976), a French softcore pornographic film with many spanking scenes (complete film at xHamster).

Nine-year-old Max wants his mum, Jody, to spank him when he's naughty. She has never done that before and is very insecure about it, but she agrees after he gives her a book about how to spank a child properly. Together, Max and Jody put the book into practice (consensual spanking, F/m).
Sitting on a couch, with Max's continued encouragement and guided by the book's clear advice, Jody guides Max to lie over her lap in the supported over-the-knee position. She secures him firmly with her left hand and then begins to hand-spank the seat of his trousers. The camera does not show the actual spanking, but several smacks are heard. The end of the film takes an unexpected turn: Jody realizes that she made the mistake of not taking off her ring and says that she deserves a spanking herself. But Max replies that this is not possible because "spanking is reserved for children".
The film's outro says that spanking children is still legal in France as of 2016.[1] Worldwide, only 44 countries (of which 27 are European) have banned all forms of corporal punishment of children.[2]
Notes
The cover of the book is a modified version of a well-known spanking illustration by Norman Rockwell: the cover illustration for The Saturday Evening Post, November 25, 1933. The hairbrush is replaced by an open hand.
According to IMDB, the film has the alternate title Je suis la fessée (translation: "I am the spanking").
