Arthur James Blimp is a writer of several - often humorous - boy spanking stories in which naughty boys are caned or spanked. Usually by strict aunts, wicked stepmothers or cruel schoolmistresses.
Blimp's stories can be found on MMSA and the Library of Spanking Fiction. Compilations of his stories, entitled The Strict Schoolmistress, have been published by LSF Publications under the author name, Arthur James.
