Jim Mooney was an illustrator employed by Irving Klaw to illustrate books like Dominate magazine
Mooney was a mainstream comic book artist who drew Supergirl and many other characters for DC Comics. Later he moved to Marvel and – I think – was best known as an inker on Spiderman.
Jim Mooney drew for Dominate magazine starring Tyranna the Feminizer.
Comic book work did not pay very well back then. And companies like DC had no retirement plans. Mooney needed money. I have no inkling of his erotic inclinations.
