The real thing -
That phrase is bandied around quite a bit these days. It has become the slogan of one of the biggest soft drink advertising campaigns campaigns in the country
In bondage, some people talk about their real thing. It is the subject of some controversy.
When a photographer ties up and shoots a bondage model, is that the real thing? Is it any less real or exciting than photographs of someone who is really tied up? What does really tied up mean?
When you go to a good movie and see a love scene played by actors, you know it's not the real thing.
Would it be better to have that same scene played by two people who are really in love? There have been some examples of this in recent major Motion Pictures, but is it really necessary? Does it make it better? Aren't the actors who may be in love in real life, aren't they really playing two entirely different people in entirely different situations?
When two good actors, who may be strangers to each other, play a love scene, aren't they actually reaching down inside themselves for real feelings that express in moments when they actually become the characters they are playing? What's real?
When a couple for whom bondage is a part of their love life, tie each other up, aren't they playing roles, aren't they actually acting something out, a situation in which they choose to place themselves, as seen that excites them?
When a bondage model is really tied up, and I assure you that at Harmony they are really, and she feels herself secure about and gag, helplessly fettered, are her feelings any less real?
We'll let you be the judge.
We are told that the photos of Craupadine are produced by Alan and Robin, who are into the real thing.
Alan and Robin claim to be two bondage enthusiasts who have found each other. Perhaps now they have found you, with whom they can share business and pleasure. While they are not an established company with a track record that we can attest to, they do seem sincere. Your paragraph if you send them three dollars with a self-addressed stamped envelope SAS e, they say they will send you a sample 3x5 color photograph, and a stock photo list will be included on request. Stock photos are eight 3x5 color photographs for $20, or eight black and white pictures for $10.
The price for custom photography is negotiable depending on what the customer is asking for. Incidentally, there is a good close-up of Robin and bondage on page 59 of Bondage Life issue 11.
