Fred Winter is a writer and artist who worked together with Eric Stanton in the 1980s.
He wrote the story of Stantoons 1: Peril of Vonda Sorrel (1982). Fred Winter also illustrated the BDSM story Bonnie and Clara by Eric Stanton, which was published in The Fantasy World of Eric Stanton by the magazine Leg Show in 1985.
Bonnie and Clara is an F/M story with some bondage, spanking and petticoat punishment content.
