Breast bondage suspension

Breast bondage suspension is a kind of suspension bondage in which the captive is placed in breast bondage and then lifted off the ground using the breast bondage ropes.

It is important to ensure that the ropes are well secured so that they do not come off, allowing the captive to fall to the ground. Care is also needed to avoid permanently damaging the breasts; in particular, the duration of the lift should be quite short.

Normally, the captive has her hands secured behind her back to make her more helpless.

As a refinement, part of the weight may be taken by ropes attached to nipple clamps, but care must be taken no to exert too much force on the nipples.
