A pole hogtie is a variant of hogtie bondage in which the victim is secured to a fixed vertical pole. His/her knees are placed at the base of the pole and the ankles are tied to the pole. The wrists are also bound.
To make the victim even more restricted from moving, a rope may go from the wrist binding and be secured to the pole. Instead or as well, if the victim is wearing a head harness, a rope may go from the harness to the pole. This can force the victim to hold his/her head up.
