Chanel Preston (born December 1, 1985, in Fairbanks, Alaska) is an American award-winning porn star, adult model, stripper, and director. She is of English, German, and Spanish descent. She is one of the founders of the Adult Performer Advocacy Committee and previously served on its board.

Early life

Chanel Preston spent much of her early life in Alaska. She loved performing, whether it was for community theater or piano recitals. She would feed off the energy of the crowd. Dancing, painting, and playing the trumpet were other ways for Preston to experience a "performance high."

Before entering adult film, Chanel Preston was a stripper in Hawaii. She then started traveling around the states, where she met an adult film veteran who saw potential and suggested she enter adult film.

Career

Chanel Preston entered the adult entertainment industry in January 2010 at the age of 24, shooting her first scene with Nick Manning for Vivid Entertainment’s Brand New Faces series. Her debut DVD release was 3rd Degree’s Bikini Land, and her first DVD cover was Jules Jordan’s Fashion Fucks. Preston landed her first magazine cover for France’s Hot Video, plus upcoming covers for Club, Cheri, and High Society. Both the 2010 F.A.M.E and XRCO shows utilized her as Trophy Girl. AdultDVDEmpire.com made Chanel its first guest blogger, in addition to her blog for XCritic.com.

Preston was also a trophy girl for the 2011 AVN Awards. That year, she was nominated for four AVN Awards, including Best New Starlet.
